When will my order be ready?

Current processing times are approximately one week. During the busy holiday season, production times may be slower.

Can I request custom designs/commissions?

I may be interested in developing a new design/product depending on market interest, contact me to discuss!

Can you rush an item?

Should you need your order by a certain date, please leave us a note at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate, please contact me. Additional fees will apply to all rush orders.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the US only.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged or with a production error. Please contact me for a refund.

I selected free local pick-up, where do I go?

You will be given the address for pick-up when your order is complete.
